It's no wonder their staff stay for a long time and survived the COVID closedown! Working in the training industry and trying to recruit people for a class venue like this, I know what to look for, but never have I seen such personal dedication from an individual manager to listening to potential new staff in order to build a team who are happy and well looked after. Mark, the F & B manager was the most hospitable and kind man I have met for many years.
The very best casino I have visited in the UK so far, and having worked with many, and brought new staff to a number of Casinos, including the Playboy Club, I can honestly say that this is one of the most impressive teams I have ever worked with.
